General Program Information
The Sweet Spot Leader Program is a year-long, skills-based certificate program that allows people who are serious about growing their leadership skills to grow more competent in their leadership, confident in who they are as a leader, and connected with other like-minded people.
We designed this program for people who are dedicated to investing what it takes to become the best leader they can be.
Sweet Spot Leaders gain the benefits of learning from experts from all types of industry along with experiencing executive coaching. Sweet Spot Leaders also gain a cohort of like-minded leaders to become connected to, both online and on-location in our Leadership Labs.
Program Structure & Coursework
Our program is spread out across one year in order to allow you to digest the information, iterate change in your life, and enjoy support along the way. This is not like other certificate programs. We expect you to implement change as you go, with a group of support from our faculty, our coaches, and your cohort of students to help you along the way.
The five courses will open on specific dates, but you are free to complete the coursework in a self-paced manner. We will have scheduled group coaching sessions at designated times throughout each of the five courses. Our Leadership Labs are also held on specific dates each year.
Our program is interactive throughout. There are periodic live executive coaching sessions at specific times throughout the program. There are also assignments with your cohort of students, and an in-person Leadership Lab.
At this time, we are offering the certificate program as a full course without the option to purchase individual courses.
Cost & Financial Aid
The program tuition is $6,995 US Dollars along plus your travel costs for the Leadership Lab
Tuition is $6,300 US Dollars for participants to register and pay by December 31, 2025
We also offer a payment plan where applicants can pay 67% of the tuition in one payment and then pay the remaining tuition after the first three courses are completed.

Logistics & Support
Our program is offered online in a hybrid format, with periodic live sessions with our executive coaches. There is also a Leadership Lab where our participants will meet in person for a two-day seminar.
