Frequently Asked Questions
General Program Information
Open enrollment means you can start with the next scheduled course. With 5 courses running throughout the year (each ~10 weeks), you have multiple entry points—approximately every 10 weeks.
The full program takes approximately one year to complete. Participants move through the courses along with coaching sessions and Leadership Lab based on when they start. You can start with any course but must complete all SSL program components within a 12-month period.
Course materials (videos, readings, assignments) are available on-demand within each 10-week course window. You work through the online content on your own schedule. Coaching sessions occur twice during each course on a set day. For example: Course opens Week 1, you complete materials at your pace, attend live coaching at Week 5 and Week 9, pass the course quiz with a score of 80% or higher during Week 10, and then move to Week 1 of the next course. Each course requires a passing score of 80% on the final exam before participants can progress to the next course.
Program Structure & Coursework
Each course includes 2 interactive coaching webinars—one at the mid-point and one near completion, on a specific published day. The sessions are held at two different times on that day to allow for scheduling flexibility.
You are required to attend a minimum of 7 coaching sessions from the 10 that are scheduled. Contact program coordinator for make-up options if you will miss more than 3 of the 10 coaching sessions.
Leadership Labs are scheduled throughout the year based on participant volume (max 30 per session for optimal networking). You choose the 2-day session that best fits your schedule.
Participants who start at the same time will progress through the program together and build lasting relationships.
Cost & Financial Aid
Pricing tiers are based on the total number of participants your organization enrolls. Organizations can enroll participants at different times while still receiving bulk pricing benefits.
Course enrollment is managed to ensure quality experience. Leadership Labs are capped at 30 participants per session to maximize networking opportunities.
