The cost of The Sweet Spot Leader Program is $6995 ($6299 for those who register and pay by December 31, 2025) which provides access to online materials, course webinars and participation at one Leadership Lab during the year-long curriculum.
The Sweet Spot Leader program will review tuition costs on an annual basis. However, once an individual registers and makes a payment (in full or 67%), the total tuition cost at the time of registration/payment will be honore
Included in the SSL program:
Online access to five courses in which you learn foundational leadership skills from world class highly-accomplished faculty
Ten interactive group coaching webinars for each course in the program
Participation in one in-person 2-day leadership laboratory
Membership in a global network of like-minded colleagues and friends
Ability to download course materials for up to one year after completion of the program requirements
Certificate in Human-Centered Leadership
Not included in the SSL program:
The tuition fee does not cover your costs of ensuring access to the internet, computer equipment, and travel and lodging for the Leadership Lab. You are responsible for these costs in addition to the program tuition.
Any other coaching experiences offered such as Bonus Coaching unless an additional fee, as presented on our website, is paid
The SweetSpot Leader Program –Tuition Refund Policy
Registrants for The Sweet Spot Leader program may occasionally change their mind for one reason or another. Refunds for The Sweet Spot Leader are only given under the following circumstances:
The student/user did not access any portion of The Sweet Spot Leader course material AND the registrant requests a refund, in writing via email to info@thesweetspotleader.com within three (3) business days from the date of the registration (email notification sent).
There will be no refunds for any online courses (or curricula) once a course has been accessed in any manner.
A full refund will be issued less an administrative fee of $100.
Please understand that with the enrollment and accessing of your online course, you have read and agree to the aforementioned refund policy.
Medical or compassionate withdrawal: The tuition refund policy does not apply to medical and compassionate withdrawals.
Partial tuition adjustments may be granted in these cases. Each request will be determined by individual circumstances on a case-by-case basis. Final determination of any tuition refunds will be made by The Sweet Spot Leader program
