About
Andrew (“Drew”) Robinson is a CPA, business advisor, and Equity Partner at Duffy Kruspodin LLP, where he helps entrepreneurs build stronger businesses by making confident, informed financial decisions. Known for translating complex financial concepts into practical strategies, Drew empowers business owners to use financial information as a tool for growth, profitability, and long-term success.
Drew’s career in finance began while attending San Diego State University, where he worked in banking and discovered firsthand how financial knowledge can change the trajectory of a person’s life and business. Over the past two decades, he has built a diverse career spanning banking, real estate lending, corporate accounting leadership, and public accounting. Having worked both inside organizations and as a trusted outside advisor, he brings a well-rounded perspective to the opportunities and challenges leaders face as they grow their businesses.
Throughout his career, Drew has developed a passion for helping entrepreneurs gain confidence in the financial side of leadership. He believes many business owners are experts in their craft but have never been taught how to interpret financial information in ways that improve decision-making. Whether discussing cash flow, profitability, forecasting, or strategic planning, he focuses on making financial concepts approachable, practical, and immediately useful.
Teaching has always been a natural extension of Drew’s work. Raised in a family of educators, he developed an early appreciation for the power of mentorship and lifelong learning. Although he chose a career in finance rather than the classroom, he has spent his professional life educating business owners, helping them better understand their numbers, reduce uncertainty, and lead with greater confidence.
As a speaker, Drew combines real-world business experience, practical financial insight, and relatable storytelling to help audiences strengthen the financial foundation of their organizations. His message is simple: when leaders understand their numbers, they make better decisions, build healthier businesses, and create greater opportunities for the people they serve.
